We guarantee to take back any item you don’t like within 14 days. Satisfied customers are simply more important to us than paragraphs. Before placing your order, please remember that natural products always have certain “flaws”. But it is precisely these supposed flaws that give the products their charm – at least that’s how we see it.

Personalized items, for example with your name on them, are excluded from return.

Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, it is completely sufficient to notify us by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by postal letter, fax or e-mail) that you wish to withdraw from the contract and return the item.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you have withdrawn from the contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. The refund will be made to your bank account. In no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.
