FAQ
Below You Will Find a Selection of Questions and Answers that might Interest You.
Where are the Items Made?
All our items come from our small workshop in Bruckmühl – between Rosenheim and Munich. Feel free to visit us; we’d be happy to show you where your new unique piece is created. Please let us know in advance if you plan to visit.
Can I Buy Items from the Gallery?
If you particularly like one of our gallery items, we would be happy to produce a similar item for you (in consultation with the original client). However, none of our pieces are 100% identical. Simply send us an inquiry with the corresponding item number (click on the image and read it from the bottom left corner) and we will get back to you.
What Happens after My Inquiry?
We will contact you to clarify further details. Afterwards, we will make you an offer. If you agree with the price, we will start production and send you pictures once the piece is finished. If you are satisfied with the result, you pay the agreed amount and we will send you your custom order. If you are not satisfied, you do not have to buy it.
IMPORTANT: This does not apply to personalized items, for example, those with your name on them. In that case, we require payment in advance. But we will clarify this with you beforehand.
Can I get Photos of the Production Process?
Upon request, we would be happy to document the creation process of your custom order for you. We would love to document everything, but often in the heat of the moment, a camera isn’t readily available. Just ask us, and we will try to create as complete a documentation as possible for you.
Can I also Buy Products On-Site?
Unfortunately no, as we do not have stock items or a retail store for walk-in customers. However, ordered products can be picked up on-site by arrangement; this saves us a trip to the post office and you save on shipping costs.
Can I Pick up My Order?
Yes, absolutely. Please inform us when ordering that you wish to pick up the item yourself, and the shipping costs will be waived.
Are Custom Orders Expensive?
That’s in the eye of the beholder. Yes, custom orders are “expensive,” but this is usually justified. Creating a product according to customer wishes takes time. Starting from the sketch, through coordination and elaboration, all the way to completion… a lot of work goes into it. But don’t worry – on the one hand, the inquiry is completely non-binding, and on the other hand, the prices are absolutely fair. True to the motto, “Live and let live.”
What Delivery Times should I Expect?
That depends entirely on what we are supposed to create for you. Once all details are clarified, we will tell you the estimated production time.
Why a Custom Craftsmanship Workshop?
We’re not interested in mass-produced goods; we love variety, we enjoy genuine craftsmanship, and it’s a great feeling to create extraordinary things.
